All monitors are not created equal, some are calibrated, some are not, and because of this colors may be displayed differently.   Linney Lou Props cannot guarantee that the colors that you are seeing on your screen identically match the colors of each individual item.  And because of this, Linney Lou Props will not be held liable for color variances.

Due to the nature of this industry, I do not accept returns and all products are sold "AS IS".  However if you have a question on a product that you have received, please email me at [email protected].  My goal is to provide you with amazing products, with equally matched customer service.

Shop Updates

All items are made ahead of time and ready to ship.  It takes a great deal of time to get all items made, photographed and listed. Because of this, Linney Lou Props will have a shop update once a month from January to August.  From September to December, there will most likely be only one shop update.  There will be notifications of new shop updates on my Facebook page, where I also share sneak peeks of new items and regularly have give aways and contests.  Be sure to like my page to receive these updates.

RTS items

All items that are listed in the shop are ready to ship.  Unless otherwise noted, there are no items available for preorder.  

Sizing

Newborn babies and children come in all shapes and sizes.  Lou Props cannot assure that every item will fit every baby/child the same.  Most headbands stretch to fit newborns up to toddlers as well as most tiebacks can adjust to fit the same.  If an item is listed as 'newborn size' then it most likely will not fit older children. 

* I send new items to my photographer friends to test out sizing before I list it in the shop to ensure an approximate fitting.

Shipping

All items will ship within 5-10 business days.  Business days are classified as Mon-Fri from 8 am-5 pm EST.  Please email me at [email protected] with any questions on the status of your shipment.  Even though the standard shipping time is 5-10 days, I always try to get them out sooner. :)

Linney Lou Props is CLOSED FOR ALL HOLIDAYS


All items are shipped via USPS first class mail.  Linney Lou Props is NOT responsible for lost/damaged/stolen items.  Linney Lou Props adheres to Paypal policies regarding buyer and seller agreements.  All items will have a tracking number as per Paypal protection agreement for the seller.  You must have a Paypal confirmed address.

Linney Lou Props will offer insurance options at checkout to cover any lost/damaged/stolen items.  If you opt out of insurance, then you understand that if your package is lost/stolen/damaged that Linney Lou Props is NOT responsible.
